Do you offer returns on purchases?

Yes, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Please note all prams are thoroughly checked and approved before postage to ensure your happy. 

We genuinely hope you are fully satisfied with your product, but if you need to return it, we gladly accept refunds! Here’s what to do:

Please fill out a returns form and send it to us.
Make sure to return the item in its full original packaging.
Cover Postage Costs.You will need to cover the postage for the return.
Insurance:To protect yourself, please ensure that the full value of the item is covered in case it is lost or damaged on its way back to us.

How long is delivery?

On our current stock we aim to ship within 48 hours of purchasing.

Yes, you can reserve a stroller in advance by contacting our customer service team.

We've got you! Send us an email or WhatsApp message with the choice of your pram and we will try our very best to source your dream pram. We aim to source and post within 5-10 working days however depending on location this may take up to 14 days.
